5 Easy Stretching Exercises to Do at Home

To be at home for the men, it takes a lot of laziness for them. What they want is to sleep, and to keep themselves lying down or if the workload had increased, then they may prefer to do that. So what must be done, when you are not taking out time out of your life for the stretching and other healthy activity to keep the muscles in shape, and well performing? Keeping the muscles overactive in work, lazy at home destroys the balance of the body, and it may depreciate over time. So many doctors recommend doing the stretching exercises daily in order to meet up the body need for the work. The flexible muscles are more active, than the tight ones, as they get retarded early, and make the body to face the muscle soreness, and pain. Most of the lower back pain problems are caused due to these tightened muscles. But the major issue is that you don’t have time left to do so.
To save time, I have a brilliant idea for you to do stretching while you take a bath. It is normal that once you get up, you will take a bath daily, so this is the time when you can perform some easy stretches. Make sure that the floor is not slippery, and you may not slip. And the following stretching exercises can be performed:
1. The neck tilt, in which you need to tilt the ears towards the shoulder, and then stretch the muscles of the neck, and let the flow of the warm water over it. Keep this position held, until you feel that the muscles are relaxed. This is because while sleeping the muscles of the neck tighten up, and may not be relaxed and may cause pain when put up with the work without the relaxation drill. Make sure the neck muscle reused, to work on a Computer, or read a lot of details, and its relaxation is very important.
2. Perform the side bend, i.e. put your arm over the head, and now spread your legs which must be shouldered apart. Now tilt your body toward the left side, so that the muscles get relaxed. Now tilt your body towards the right, and do the same thing. This will relax the body muscles, and make it fresh and active.

3. The chest twist is performed, by rotating the body on its axis. First of all rotate the upper body to the right side, and to the left side. This is a very easy angle, and when you do this you are turning out the whole body and mostly the upper body. The back pain is relived in this angle mostly.
4. Hip flexor stretch, is used to drive the muscles of the pelvic region. This is for those who keep on sitting, on a bench or a chair for the work purpose whole day. To do the hip flexor, you need to do is, stretch your body and touch your toes. Now stand up and pull up the heels, towards the back, now just lean forward, and try to touch the ground, and bring both the half’s of the body parallel. In this way you can relax the body muscles in the legs and buttock region.
5. Armchair stretch, is performed by making both the arms to do a swimming motion n the forward direction five times. And now move the arms then backwards five times. You can add the chest twist to it, and then perform the arm stretch again towards the right and then towards the left. Make sure that you do this regularly. And the stretch must be pulled for at least 30sec. Keep breathing normally, never held back the breath when performing the stretches as this will stop the proper blood flow. Make sure that you follow the instructions, and do the stretches only for 10min daily.
Stretching keeps the body active in all the phases of the day, the muscles need relaxation and nutrients otherwise they will get weaker, and will cause the diseases in the normal functioning of the body. Stretch is simple, but very effective for the body, and the results are health and freedom.
