Now days there are so many diseases which do not allow the body to work properly. Such disorders included the cancers, heart disorders, lungs malfunctioning, and some other hormonal disorders.   • Cardio workouts helps in preventing the stress: the stress is the root to so many disorders, and one of them is the mental disturbance causing the depressions, or the mood disorders. Such disorders are caused when the mind is not working properly and over thing on one thing, or over doing the stuffs. These are not just enough reasons for depression, as there can be much more. Therefore the capacity of the lungs is enhanced, and the chances of the lungs diseases reduces, and the capacity of the lungs to bring in the oxygen to the body.

This blockage is very obvious, and is caused among the fat and obese people. The people who are fat, they have the fats stored in the body, and mostly the fats are found in veins and the arteries. The veins are the medium for the blood to travel all along the body to transport the oxygen and the glucose. But when these veins gets fats deposited in the veins the heart has to work more, and pump more blood. This increased pressure, causes the heart stroke in the body. The  burn the excess fats in the body, and make the heart healthy and build a great stamina for the heart to pump blood.
